Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our client team which is a leader in Pharma Industry. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs , sourcing candidates to conducting interviews , onboarding new employees and can handle day to day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source potential candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for roles.
Manage the offer negotiation and hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment databases.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and recruitment agencies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 01 year of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
