We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our client team which is a leader in Pharma Industry. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs , sourcing candidates to conducting interviews , onboarding new employees and can handle day to day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Source potential candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, etc.).

• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for roles.

• Manage the offer negotiation and hiring process.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and recruitment agencies.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 01 year of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
