Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving company growth and success by overseeing all aspects of human resources management. This role will be responsible for managing a workforce of 150-200 employees, ensuring effective HR practices, and contributing to the overall organizational strategy.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

○ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.

○ Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and universities.

Employee Relations:

○ Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

○ Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

○ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Performance Management:

○ Develop and implement performance management systems.

○ Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

○ Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance. 

Compensation and Benefits:

○ Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages. 

○ Ensure compliance with payroll and statutory regulations.

○ Conduct salary surveys and market analysis.

Training and Development:

○ Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs. 

○ Deliver training sessions or coordinate external trainers.

○ Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs.

HR Analytics:

○ Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. 

○ Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.

Employee Engagement:

○ Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. 

○ Conduct employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.

○ Organize employee events and activities.

Organizational Development:

○ Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies. 

○ Identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational change.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

● Minimum 3-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar-sized organization.

● Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in HR management software and tools.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

● Experience in a Services or technology company.

● Knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques.

● Experience with employee assistance programs (EAPs).
